L'hôtel Heluan est situé au cœur de la zone thermale de Karlovy Vary, en face du château Colonnade et à environ 100 mètres des colonnades du marché et de la source.

Arrival by car:
As a guest of the hotel you need not respect the No Entry sign at the beginning of the spa zone.

Arrival by bus:
- Get off at the bus stop Tržnice. It is the central bus station for all local buses.
- Then take bus 2 (direction: Divadelní náměstí) until the end of the line.
- Cross the river and you are in Tržiště street. The hotel is in the middle of this street (walk uphill).
or
- If you arrive at the final bus stop Dolní nádraží or Terminál, you can
walk to the bus station Tržnice (Use the underpass at the traffic lights - about 100 metres from your final bus stop) and go straight.
- After a 4-minute walk you will reach the central bus station Tržnice.
- Proceed as indicated above.

Arrival by train:
If you arrive at the train station Karlovy Vary - Horní nádraží it is recommended to take a taxi. However, if you prefer to take a bus,
- leave the train station and and cross the road to reach the bus stop.
- Each bus can take you to the central bus station Tržnice.
- Proceed as mentioned above.
