Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One further children from 2 to 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board costs EUR 24 per person per night.
Full board costs EUR 40 per person per night.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
