Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 60 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
