Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 3 per night in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % VAT is included.

Half board costs EUR 10 per person per night.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
