Our private, family run guesthouse has various sized, en suite rooms with air conditioning throughout; just 100 metres from the 1700 year-old Diocletian Palace.

Our accommodation is light and friendly, decorated with bright colours in comfortable surroundings. Being a family establishment, we know how to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We have a quaint garden with lush flora and outdoor seating which provides the perfect spot for enjoying the warm sun. Our reception will be available 24 hours a day should you have any requests or queries.

Its mild climate makes it an oasis where, sheltered from the wind, one can enjoy the sun even in wintertime. The industrial, business and university centres of the region nourish its "green soul" on the hill of Marjan situated in the westernmost part of the peninsula. The forested park fringed by the city and the sea offers pleasant walks through the pine away from the noise of the city.

The fascinating story of our culture, past and present, can be experienced in every corner of the city. There are museums, galleries and spaces where, for a moment, you can feel part of past centuries and trace the steps of history with your own.

Airport and port transfers can be arranged by prior request. From the airport to Split will cost an additional EUR 30.
