Our seven residence buildings have 61 luxury suites with a grand view of the sea for guests with high expectations. Each Skiper suite is luxuriously and comfortably equipped, with air conditioning, satellite TV, original Kazak carpets, telephones for international calls and a safe. The residence buildings have elevators, roofed parking spaces and many other conveniences.

The Rezidencija Skiper Suites offers 61 luxuriously equipped suites in 7 new buildings, with a surface from 83.20m² to 117.96m², 1 elevator per building, parquet floor in the bedrooms, floor plastered with ceramic tiles in the living rooms and with original kezak-carpets made of 100% wool, furnished balcony/terrace, fire-prevention-system with alarm, breaking-in-prevention and SOS system, video surveillance of the surrounding of the building and the parking place.

The living room is with modern furniture and a fully-equipped kitchen, with 4 electric-heated cooking plates (glass-ceramic), oven, big refrigerator with a freezer, equipment for preparing food and consuming of food and drinks, mocha-apparatus, mixer, dining table and other equipment.

The rental price includes: resident tax, consummation of electricity, water, cutlery, cleaning set, toilet - paper, exchange of bed - clothes and towels, daily and final cleaning.

A-la-carte-restaurant Skiper has culinary treats for every taste. Its terrace with a wonderful view and its air conditioned indoor rooms invite you to take a trip to the world of Istrian and Mediterranean specialities. Enjoy the well-known Istrian seafood salad, raw ham with sheep cheese, garnished scallops, sole, sea perch or our home-made noodles Tartufi with truffles and parmesan cheese from the region in an atmospheric setting.

Café Skiper offers a great choice of food and drinks. Full of atmosphere, it is perfect for enjoying breakfast, and lunch or afternoon snacks – and best of all, skiper’s home-made ice cream specialities.
