There is a sense of freedom and relaxation which the space in our apartments inspires. Built in June 2007 with quality modern décor, wooden furniture and marble floors, there is a soothing ambiance which reflects the surroundings.

We are situated just a 20 minute walk from the Rovinj town centre and the port; the beautiful Cuvi beach is only 500 meters away. After a day of exploring the town or beach, you may need to pamper yourself. There are 2 types of sauna for you to choose from in our wellness area as well as an indoor pool, whirlpool and massage service. This property has a minimum stay policy of 3 nights.

The Wellness & Beauty Centre has an unique ambience, decorated in authentic Istrian style on 300 m². At the guests’ disposal there are wellness programmes ranging from 1 to 7 days.

Each of our apartments and suites has up to 130 m² of space, with 2 en suite bedrooms, a cloakroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a kitchen with integral worktops, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, oven and microwave. You also have a washing machine.

The living room - with a sofa bed to sleep up to 2 extra guests - leads to a spacious 14 m² balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. 2 more balconies lead directly from each bedroom. Air conditioning, central heating and a fireplace will ensure your comfort during your stay.
