Situated just 7km from Plitvice Lakes National Park, the family-run Plitvice House offers simple and clean accommodation in unique natural surroundings. It features a pleasant garden and a badminton court.

All rooms at House Plitvice are bright and comfortable, with functional wooden furniture and wooden floors.

In 15 minutes, guests can drive to the main entrance to Plitvice National Park, but a shuttle service can be arranged by Plitvice House at an extra charge. Guests can also rent bicycles and explore the nearby biking routes.

There is a barbecue in the garden and guests can benefit from the local restaurants and cafes situated within a 5-minute walk from the house.

Plitvice House is located near the Zagreb-Karlovac-Split national road and free public parking is available.

Our Guesthouse consists of nice, clean rooms. Some have separate bathrooms, and some shared bathrooms. In this case, 2 rooms maximum share one bathroom.

Room information

We have 2 rooms with en suite shower. In other accommodation, the bathrooms are shared between 2 rooms. We therefore welcome groups of 4, 8 or 12 people.

Food & beverage

Each room has the option of a beverage service. You will be given a card on which to order drinks at an additional cost. We also offer specialities including homemade cheese and honey.

Area information

Grabovac 199 is only a 15-minute car drive away from the main entrance to the national park of the Plitvice Lakes.

For a small charge a transportation service to the entrance of the park is possible, so you can leave your car at our house.

Travel information

Arriving in the small town or Grabovac, you will find yourself at the one and only crossing.

We assume you came from the direction of Zagreb, so at the crossing, Hotel Grabovac is on your right, but you will have to take the street to your left. After 450 metres, take the third asphalt road to your left, and then after 150 metres, the first house at your left is your destination: Grabovac 199, Family Kovacevic.
