Girandella Tourist Village

Only 100 metres from the pebbly Blue Flag beach in Rabac, this hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant with panoramic views, a bistro and bars.

Girandella Tourist Village is 50 metres from tennis courts and it is possible to enjoy windsurfing, canoeing and diving, as well as mini golf and cycling.

The en-suite rooms feature balconies overlooking the park or the Adriatic Sea. They have flat-screen TVs and work desks.

Between June and September a rich entertainment programme for children and sportive and recreational activities are performed.

Breakfasts and dinners are served at the Girandella Restaurant. Istrian themed dinners and lunches for groups can be prepared upon request. Vegetarian meals as well as dishes for diabetics and athletes are available as well.

Rabac and the region of Istria offer various excursion opportunities - guests can visit the towns of Pula and Rovinj or sail on a boat through the Lim channel, the only fjord of the Adriatic Sea.

Our Hotel is open from April to November. We offer a restaurant, bistro with a terrace, coffee bar and lounge bar. We have evening entertainment, sporting activities, organised recreation and entertainment for children in the hotel. There is an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court 50 metres from the hotel.

Our rooms are recently refurbished in a tasteful and simple style, which will enable you to have a pleasant vacation. Relax in our rooms and enjoy the view of the sea or scented park.

Those who choose half-board accommodation will be spoilt for choice, with a rich assortment from our breakfast buffet and dinner in the Girandella restaurant, which has breathtaking views of the sea.

The coffee bar is perfect in the morning for enjoying the early sun or, if you'd like a drink by the sea, the perfect choice is Plaža bistro with a spacious terrace and the Tropic Lounge Bar with its long list of cocktails.

Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 09:00, dinner from 19:00 to 21:00. We host Istrian themed dinners and lunches for groups on request.

If you have any dietary needs, please order in advance for vegetarian meals, food suitable for diabetics and high energy food for athletes. We can also prepare you a packed lunch; just let us know the day before.

The nearby beaches 50 metres way are pebbly or rocky with man-made sunbathing platforms. They are blue flag beaches: clean and safe, naturally shaded by the pine trees. There are also showers and dressing cabins.

Rabac is the ideal starting point for many interesting excursions. Visit Pula, the largest Istrian town with its magnificent Arena. See the sights in Rovinj, a town whose beauty was described by the famous writer Jules Verne in his book Matthias Sandorf.

Sail on a boat through the Lim channel, a nature park and the only fjord on the Adriatic. Head towards the Brijuni archipelago with its Roman and Byzantine excavation sites and exotic safari park. Visit Hum, the smallest town in the world. Do not miss Motovun, the town of truffles and the film festival. Experience the untouched beauty of nature in the Plitvice Lakes.
