Apartments can be reached through the bike and walking paths from the central parking places.
Only few steps from the coast ine there is a dancing terrace, restaurant, coffee bar.
Guests have on their disposal all the facilities provided in Residence Punta Verudela like sport and recreational centre, swimming pool with sea water, coffee bar, shopping centre which are only 200 meters far from the settlement.

We have 2-room apartments, about 30 - 40 m² in size, plus a terrace. Suitable for up to 4 people, they are located on the ground floor or first floor and comprise a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedded room, a kitchenette with a hob and fridge and a bathroom. Pets are allowed for an additional charge of EUR 10 per day. Air conditioning is available for an additional cost of EUR 5 per day.
