Villa Jerkan

Podstrana is situated on a picturesque ecologically preserved eastern part of Splitsko-Dalmatinska County, just 10 km away from Split. Olive trees and peach orchards grow in this area, which is an exquisite tourist destination.

You can spend a wonderful active holiday in Podstrana: walking paths, hiking and cycling trails or sightseeing of cultural and historical localities are offered. Sports on the beach include windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, water skiing and water skating. For all these sports there are courses organised in 6 languages: Croatian, English, German, French, Italian and Flemish.

Tourists can also take part in an excursion arranged by a domestic tourist agency or they can individually arrange to go rafting on the river Cetina, which is 15 km away.

Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (30 km), sea port (8 km), bus station for international traffic (8 km), railway station (8 km) and the motorway (18 km).
