Other than in the hotel restaurant, a special experience is offered by dining on one of the hotel terraces in the shade of a chestnut tree or a centuries old mulberry tree.

Traditional Istrian cuisine, in which truffles are specially emphasized, along with famed Istrian wines, particularly Teran and Malvasia are a unique quality of this region.
