Just 200 metres from white sandy beaches and crystal clear sea, we have a collection of red roofed apartments with balconies overlooking the lush Mediterranean vegetation of the private gardens.

Our residential units have modern and comfortable furniture with satellite TV for your enjoyment in the evenings. Within the resort are various sports and wellness facilities including indoor and outdoor pools and a massage service.

Of course, with the beach so close by, there are countless water sporting opportunities including windsurfing, snorkelling and canoeing. After a long day, you can get fresh ingredients from the local shops, cook for your loved ones and enjoy the meal in the evening sun on your balcony.

There are also restaurants nearby, as well as a disco; the centre of Pula is just 1 km from here. Other facilities include our 24-hour front desk and free parking.

In the settlement itself there is a sports and recreational centre with indoor and outdoor sea water swimming pools belonging to Hotel Belvedere. Very close to the resort there is a mini market, a cafe bar, a restaurant and a disco.

We have 2-room apartments on the first or ground floor with approximately 30 m² of space, plus a terrace or balcony. The apartments can sleep between 2 and 4 guests, comprising one 2-bedded room, a living room with a sofabed for 2, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Air conditioning is available for an additional EUR 5 per day.

Only a few kilometres away from the historic centre of Pula, Medulin is situated in front of a beautiful bay where the recognisable bell tower dominates the view.
