If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Every single of our rooms has its own charm created by the carefully and individually arranged furniture. Some rooms offer seaviews, but all have either balconies or access to a terrace with sunbeds.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms and have queen-sized beds, individually controlled air-conditioning, satellite tv with a lcd flat screen, clock radio and well-equipped en-suite bathrooms with cosmetic mirror and hair-dryer.
Room cleaning is done daily, bed linen and towels are changed regularly.

Guest staying min. 14 days will receive 1 dinner free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. All children from 1 to 5 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 5 to 15 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
