Located close to Buje in Istria, on the former tracks of the Parenzana Railway Line, the historical towns of Motovun and Grožnjan are just about a few kilometres away from the Casa Romantica La Parenzana.

Our hotel is located on the Parenzana, a disused Austro Hungarian railway line which once connected Trieste with Poreč. The old railway is currently under restoration as a bike trail and passes through 3 countries: Italy, Slovenia and Croatia.
