Borik BBQ, our seafront alfresco restaurant right on hotel beach. Delicious trendy cuisine and casual dining means a fun, informal option for guests, who long to linger by the sea from May through October. Sunbathers and swimmers will find their way from beach deck chairs to a table at Borik and enjoy cold drinks, tasty barbecue, season salads, light pasta or just cup of ice. A wide ranging menu features a delightfully mix of local dishes, with particular emphasis on fine fish, seafood and grill. The grill at the Borik, by the sea, is tasty enough to tempt even the strictest of vegetarians.
