The complex is located on a total area of 7000 sq.m. and borders to the old city, the Vasiliko quarter. It comprises three buildings, Blocks 1, 2 and 3, with the total of 150 apartments, each with an area of 50 to 100 sq.m. and more, and a total spread covered area of 15 000 sq.m. Most of the suites have sea view. The hotel is of solid construction bricks and building materials in accordance with the European Communities standard.

The hotel offers luxury completed Studios, 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments on the beach with stunning sea views. The fashionably furnished apartments are of varied architectural styles and sizes and meet the European standards of apartment house hotels.

A-la-cart restaurant in the complex' garden is the perfect place to taste fish and sea food dishes and traditional Bulgarian meals.

The resort complex is situated some 60 km. from Burgas airport arid is connected to it with an ideal road approximately half of which is highway. The bus journey from the airport to the complex takes 40 minutes at the most.
