This stylish, brand-new complex is located in the northern part of the Sunny Beach resort, only 5 minutes from the beach and offers a relaxing and quiet atmosphere.

The complex faces a big green park, famous for its clean and healthy air, with squirrels and rabbits sharing the habitat. The apartments are tastefully decorated, fully-equipped and offer wonderful sea-view terraces. Plenty of restaurants and bars are nearby and a big supermarket is also located close to the complex. A pick-up service is available at an additional cost from the Burgas and Varna airports. Rental cars are also available upon prior reservation.

Sunny Beach resort is a perfect combination of coniferous and deciduous forests, sea and beaches. Sports facilities are available nearby including a tennis court, water sport activities, horse riding and others. The newly build marine - the biggest in the area - is a 15-minute walk away. There are also several restaurants, bars and a big supermarket in the vicinity.

The complex Belle Air is very easy to find. If you are coming by taxi, just tell the driver that the complex is facing the main entrance of the only sanatorium in the area.
