The property is situated on the main street of the new town of Sozopol. It is conveniently located between the ancient atmosphere of the Old Town and the modern entertainment of the new.

The central beach is just a 2 minute stroll, Harmani beach is a 5-10 minute walk, The Golden Fish beach is 3 km north from Sozopol and is also easily reached from the hotel by taxi, boat or by walking.
