Relax in the cosy lobby (common room) while watching international channels on TV (including DVD player). Sheets and towels are provided for free and the brand-new and spotless clean bathrooms offer hot water around the clock. Prepare your own meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen and make use of the free bike parking.

The guest house consists of 1 room with 10 beds (The Green Room), 1 room with 8 beds (The Chocolate Room) and 1 private room with 4 beds (The Lilac Room), all sharing facilities.

For those who wish to have more privacy, 4 private en-suite double rooms, some of them with a balcony overlooking the garden, are offered.

Each morning you can enjoy a complimentary all-you-can-eat breakfast from 08.15 to 10:00.

During your stay you can take advantage of the free use of the modern, fully equipped kitchen. A 24-h vending machine for hot and cold drinks and beer is also at your disposal.

Our guest house is located in the very centre of Sofia and just 350 metres from the famous monument of Patriarch Evtimiy, nick-named Popa. The local attractions are:

The National Stadium – 750 metres:
This large venue is named after a Bulgarian revolutionary hero; it is home to the country’s national football team, but also hosts numerous other sporting events.

Sveta Nedelya Church – 1 km:
This medieval church has been reconstructed several times due to an unfortunate history; it has been destroyed several times for standard and tragic reasons.

Alexander Nevski Cathedral – 1 km:
Built in the Neo-Byzantine style, this is one of the largest Eastern Orthodox cathedrals in the world and a popular tourist attraction.

By Bus:
From the airport:
- Take bus number 84 to the last stop, the journey should take approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Do not forget to buy and punch a ticket, one ticket for you and one for your rucksack if it is larger than 60x40x40.
- Exit at Vasil Levski Blvd and after 10 minutes pass Patriarch Evtimiy monument.
- Follow the street of the same name, our guest house is on the left-hand side.

By tram:
- Take tram number 12.
- Get off on Patriarch Evtimiy station.
- Again do not forget to buy and punch a ticket or two. Pay attention to your wallet as the section between the central train stations and Patriarch Evtimiy station is a favourite place for pickpockets.

By Foot:
It is about an hour’s walk from the station to our guest house.
- Walk along Maria Louisa Blvd, then cross the bridge of Slivnitsa Blvd.
- Head towards the mosque and Sveta Nedelya Church with its green domes.
- 100 metres after the church just in front of the court house on the right-hand side, turn left and walk along the tramway between Alabin Street and Graf Ignatiev Street.
- Pass through the open-air market at Slavejkov Square.
- 250 metres after the square, at the monument of Patriarch Evtimiy, turn right.
- You will find our guest house on the left-hand side 350 metres after the monument.
