Alliance Hotel is a modern business hotel, with electronically controlled access, centrally air-conditioned and offering very spacious rooms - above 30 sq.m. each. Our Hotel has a capacity of 50 beds, arranged in 20 rooms /single and double/ and 5 suites.
Food & beverage
Restaurant - Enoteque "KOPCHETO" is open since September 2004 as a part of Alliance Hotel. At the moment we offer our clients a wine list with a variety of over 180 different brands of wine of all sorts and price range.
In addition to each wine, we offer proper dishes and specialties, which has given our restaurant a name of a place, where taste is everything and meals are delicious. Our Master-cook Georgi Tankov is young and ambitious, famous for his creativity and imagination in preparing and arranging the dishes and gourmet-specialties.
Our restaurant is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a classic piano, a fireplace, professional DJ-equipment and a large TV screen.
