Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One children from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. All further children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 20 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.
