The accommodation provides 103 apartments and 61 studios creating a total of 328 beds and 267 additional beds. This excellent assortment ensures that it suits the needs of both the business and leisure guest.

There is an array of impressive amenities on site including an open-air swimming pool, separate children’s swimming pool, child care centre with professional staff, two shopping stores and a secure 24-hour parking lot with more than 50 spaces.

It is an ideal venue for conducting business affairs and offers extensive business facilities. The hotel has two conference halls which accommodates 12-80 people and which feature a range of up-to-date technology.

There is also the Internet club which is fully equipped with new computers and is a favourite haunt for guests of all ages.

The Casablanca hotel comprises of 90 classic apartments each with an area of 52 m2 - 69 m2 and 13 luxury apartments with an area of 87 m2 - 93 m2.

All apartments include living-room and a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, built-in hot plates, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. They also feature a bedroom with bathroom, toilette and terrace. Each of the apartments has 2 TV sets (22”) in the living-room and (17”) in the bedroom.
The remaining 61 studios each have an area of 38 m2 and feature a living-room and a kitchen which is equipped with refrigerator, built-in hot plates, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. There is also a sleeping corner as part of the living-room and a bathroom with toilette and terrace. Each of the studios has 1 TV set (22” ).

All apartments and studios are equipped with unlimited Internet connection, telephone and satellite television.

A lavish, generous buffet breakfast is served in the main restaurant. It has a capacity of 160 and features an adjoining garden with 80 seats.

Dine in style and sample the Bulgarian and International cuisine at lunch and dinner in the restaurant.

Obzor is a small, family resort renowned for its calm and clear waters, healthy air and golden beaches.

It lies on the edge of the Balkan Mountains that slope towards the Black Sea and stretch along the Dvoynitsa River.

The Obzor beach front is the largest on the coast. The low shore reveals an open horizon to the east. The calm sea is perfect for swimming, surfing and water skiing.
