Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

The rooms are spread over 3 floors and all face a mountain - Tourlata, Grand Perelik or Orpheus. Every room has a private bath and is equipped with a multi-channel TV. Additionally, all the rooms on the second floor are with balconies.
