The elegant retro-European California Restaurant has a unique design, inspired by the Middle Ages; a team of sculptors from the Academy of Arts in Sofia has created a true masterpiece of the interior design.

There are 3 small 2-storeyed halls, connected by an exquisite staircase, a terrace as well as a summer garden and a bar.

Taste Mediterranean and classic European cuisine, with such specialities like octopus’ palps or tiger shrimps. Sample some of the 90 superb Bulgarian and imported wines, skilfully chosen by the sommeliers.

If you are a beer fan, you should know that California Restaurant is one of the rare places in town where you can taste the famous draught Irish Guinness Beer.
