The main Dionyssos Restaurant serves international buffet-style breakfast and dinner, as well as Greek-inspired dishes. The highly-recommended à la carte restaurant Amvrosia serves dishes skilfully prepared by the award-winning chef Yiannis Baksevanis.

Area information
Bansko is a unique combination of a historical town and the most modern ski resort in Bulgaria with a very long winter season. Venture out and experience one of the mehanas, which are traditional Bansko taverns, offering delicious local cuisine, excellent wine and live folk music. Bansko has plenty of cafés and bars with a large variety of drinks and cocktails, and discos as well as night clubs are open all night long.

On Christmas Day and New Years Eve 2009 (25 and 31 December) the hotel offers a special dinner. If you would like to enjoy these wonderful meals, you are requested to make an advance reservation. Please note that the dinners are not included in any room price.
