The family-owned Hotel Alex is only 400 metres away from the gondola lift and very close to the scenic town centre of Bansko.
The hotel has a sauna.

All studios and apartments are stylishly furnished and very spacious. They have a fully equipped kitchenette. Most have a balcony with great views of Pirin Mountain.

The Pavlevska Tavern restaurant offers a wide variety of international dishes from across the world, as well as traditional Bulgarian cuisine.

Cold and hot drinks are served at the lobby bar of Hotel Alex.
