Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children from 2 to 7 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.82 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2 per hour.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
