Residence Le Parvis is at a very short distance from Durbuy and is an oasis of rest, situated right next to the river Ourthe in a very calm and serene setting.
The former hotel, classed as a " Relais de Silence ", was built with the finest quality materials. French stone, oakwood, marble, luxurious carpeting.
The sitting and the dining room are a blend of wellbeing, beauty and warmth. From the dining room there is a magnificent view over the garden and the river at the end of the park.
The rooms are very bright and have been decorated with care and taste. They are all equipped with a bathroom and a separate toilet. The rooms have an atmosphere and a placidity worthy of the house.

Large dining room with direct access to the beautiful terrace adjoining the park with a unique view on the river. Decorated with translucent curtains from Luberon, beautiful paintings and muted pastel tablecloths, the rooms also benefits from the open fire.
Park of 1 hectare with bushes and old trees along the calm banks of the river Ourthe, small beach of 10 metres.

For your seminar, there is the possibility of equipping a meeting room with the necessary material (price on demand at our commercial department).

7 spacious rooms for 2 persons (2x1) decorated with warm fabrics, romantic paintings and thick warm wall to wall carpets. Every room disposes of ample storage space and has its own bathroom with bath and washing table with a marble top, as well as a separate toilet.The beds are comfortable and have quality mattress protectors, duvet covers and pillows. Every room has its own balcony with garden furniture. The balconies offer a stunning view over the garden and the river Ourthe with its green banks.

Access to the second floor through a wooden staircase.3 bedrooms for 2 persons (2x1) with the same level of comfort as on the first floor, albeit without balcony.

The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, all of the meals are served in Hotel L'Esplanade in Durbuy (3 km away).

Breakfast is served from 07:30 - 10:00.
Lunch is served from 11:30 - 14:30.
Dinner is served from 18:00 - 22:00.

You are required to make your own way to the restaurant.

At the arrival, you need first to go to Hotel Esplanade (Places aux foires 23 - 6940 Durbuy) for the check-in and to receive the key of your room.
