Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 25 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3 per night per person for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 10 per person per night.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
