Living Hotel

The former Hôtel Palace has been transformed in a way that will appeal to your imagination. The new name of the hotel is Living Hotel, and this establishment has opened its doors on June 17 2005.
This hotel is also the first Design Hotel in the Walloon provinces. The stylish hotel is decorated with warm colours, a large fire place (2,5m!) and furniture with black leather and chrome.

In our restaurant you can taste a lovely combination of the Asian and French cuisine – a.k.a. Fusion – a whole new gastronomy.

The hotel is a perfect place to stay for people who do not like to stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but who do want be able to reach the centre easily and quickly. Our hotel is only 10 minutes away from the heart of Liège.

The BIJI restaurant proposes a gastronomic fusion of a French and Asian kitchen. Nice terrace with magnificent view on the south.

On the narrow banks of the river Vesdre, you can find SourceOrama. Here you can discover the special characteristics, processes and cycle of the water from the springs of Chaudfontaine by means of 15 multi-media attractions. Without any doubt, the summit of this visit will be the virtual journey from the clouds to the springs, through the depths of the earth on a 4-D screen.

Another attraction is the spring of Astrid in Ninane, where you can discover the “panOrama” of all the sources of Chaudfontaine.

You can also visit the casino of Chaudfontaine. The casino is located on the other side of the bridge over the Vesdre and it is daily open from 3.00 PM until 5.30 AM.

In Château des Thermes, a castle which stems from the 17th century (formerly called Kasteel De Hauster), you can enjoy several Spa treatments, varying from lovely baths and massaged to colourtherapy and facials.

You can also find a mini-golf course, a swimming pool, diverse hiking tracks and other recreational activities in the vicinity of the hotel (at a few minutes' drive).
