We offer something completely different to a hotel: 56 very nice furnished flats (35-60 m²) with hotel service in a great renovated factory in the centre of Brussels.

Every flat has its own fully equipped kitchenette with all utensils and a large fridge and microwave. Relax on a sofa, work at the desk or enjoy the TV. Most of the flats have a separate bedroom. The flats are ideal as a home-from-home for a convenient and economical stay in the centre of Brussels.

On demand we can provide breakfast packages, while car parking is available (at an additional cost) and there is wireless broadband internet in the whole building.

Our complex has no own bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself.
On walking distance there are also a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.
At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
