Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20 per night per person for cots.
All further children under 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs EUR 15 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 12 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
