Food & beverage

The restaurant serves Austrian and Salzburg delicacies à la carte, prepared by chef Gerhard Mühlbacher. In fair weather you can sit in the outdoor dining area and watch the animals in the adjacent game reserve. In the evenings you can enjoy the cosy ambience of our wine restaurant with its 400-year-old vault.

Please note that the restaurant is closed on weekends. Breakfast will still be served on those days.

Area information

Activities in the surrounding area include canyoning, a ropes course, rafting, cycling, climbing, hiking and caving. 30 minutes away from Salzburg, it is also possible for our guests to go hunting with local guides in our own hunting ground.
