Food & beverage
Our restaurant, the "Stadtwirt", seats approximately 100 people and features a covered outdoor dining area for approximately 60 people. We pamper you with Carinthian delicacies as well as Austrian and Friuli specialities. The breakfast buffet features products by local farmers, and we also prepare scrambled eggs, fried eggs and much more for you.
Area information
The hotel is located in a rural, green oasis of tranquility right in the centre of town, which is why it is also called a small country hotel in downtown Villach.
Travel information
- From Germany/Salzburg via the A10 motorway:
Take the Villach-West exit and turn right into the B100 (Drautalbundesstraße). At the next big roundabout (VEZ shopping centre) turn right into Tiroler Straße (B86) and continue straight ahead to the centre. At the end, you can only turn left or right. After the railway crossing, turn right into Steinwenderstraße. After about 100 metres, in front of a pedestrian bridge, you will see the hotel entryway behind a large car park.
- From Vienna/Klagenfurt/Italy via the A2 motorway:
Take the Villach-Faaker See exit and turn right into B84 (Maria-Gailer-Straße). Continue until the next big cross-road (Ossiacher Zeile, B83) and turn left. Leave the street at the next street light and turn right into Pestalozzistraße. Continue straight ahead until the Westbahnhof (Western Train Station). Here turn right into Steinwenderstraße. After a few hundred metres, you will see a pedestrian bridge leading over a street. Immediately after that, you drive to the right, and over the large car park directly to the hotel.
