Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 15 per person per night.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20 per day.

Our spacious studios (approximately 37 m²) are equipped with a kitchenette, a bath with shower and a separate toilet. The apartments (approximately 55 m²) have 2 rooms, the kitchen as a separate room and an additional locker room.
