Located on the historic Theobaldgasse - where Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven once resided - this family-owned guesthouse is associated with almost 100 years of tradition.

The guesthouse is perfectly situated within walking distance of numerous attractions, including Vienna’s renowned "Museumsquartier", the "Kunsthistorisches Museum" (museum of fine arts) and the "Naturhistorisches Museum" (museum of natural history).

Due to the central location of Pension Mozart you are almost in the heart of Vienna. The Naschmarkt is also located nearby. Alternatively you can walk down a quiet side street and relax in the middle of the big city.

The rooms are in line with the early twentieth century architecture of the building, all our rooms are equipped with furniture in the style of the Viennese tradition. Due to the historic architecture of the building, each room has its own character. The rooms are very spacious with an entrance hall 3.3 metres in height. Economy hotel rooms do not have a toilet in the room.

A nutritious hot Viennese breakfast buffet awaits you every morning from
08:00 -10:00.

Several well-known attractions, such as the State Opera, St. Stephan’s Cathedral and Vienna’s Old Town, are only a short walk from Pension Mozart.

10 minutes away from Pension Mozart is the nearest Underground station (U-Bahn), Neubaugasse. From here you can access the UNO-city, Schonbrunn Palace, the Westbahnhof, the Wiener Prater, the Wiener Messegelande and the airport, which is 30 km away via coach from the Hilton Hotel.

Everything which you might be interested in seeing in Vienna and its surroundings can be reached easily and quickly. In close vicinity of the guest house are numerous supermarkets, banks and other amenities.

You can reach us from the airport with:
1. Bus to Westbahnhof (Ticket costs 6 Euro per person and there is round-trip tickets reduction.). You can reach us from Westbahnhof with taxi (about 10 euro) or by underground “U-3” to Neubaugasse or from Suedbahnhof by the tram "D" to Babenbergerstrasse. We are at the beginning of the Mariahilferstrasse opposite of the department store Leiner.

2. The train CAT 16 min to "Wien-Mitte".

Please note that payments should be made in cash. If you pay by credit card the hotel will charge a 5% processing fee for each transaction.

Late check-in (later than 23:00) is not possible. Please do not book if you are intending to check in after this time.
