每一间房间都有高楼顶和木地板，配简洁、典雅的装饰风格。房间内整洁明亮，其中一间房面向庭院，另外两间则比邻维也纳最受欢迎的购物街。房间装饰优雅，最近才完成装修。

这一区内有许多咖啡屋（星巴克到传统维也纳式的都有）、酒吧、糕点店、餐厅等。

每天开放的Naschmarkt 市集离酒店只有10分钟路程，这里有鲜果和蔬菜摊位，也有世界各地的美食摊位，价格都不算贵。星期六也有受欢迎的跳蚤市场。以学生酒吧和艺术品店出名的Spittelberg 区，就在酒店5分钟路程开外。

酒店同一栋建筑内还有一个药房、一个烟草店和一间通讯社。

From the Western Train Station (Westbahnhof):
Take the underground line U3 for 2 stops to Neubaugasse and take the Neubaugasse exit. We are located right where you come out of the exit. Alternatively, it is a 10- to 15-minute walk.

From the Southern Train Station (Südbahnhof):
Take the bus line 13A to the Neubaugasse stop. We are located, across the street, as you alight at the bus stop.

From the airport:
Take the train to the City Air Terminal, change to the line U3 for 5 stops to Neubaugasse and take the Neubaugasse exit.

From the Franz-Josephs-Bahnhof:
Take the tram line 5 to the Westbahnhof and take the underground line U3 for 2 stops to Neubaugasse and take the Neubaugasse exit. We are located right where you come out of the exit. Alternatively, it is a 10- to 15-minute walk from the Westbahnhof.
