Arriving at Westbahnhof (west train station): Take tram number 5 to the station called "Laudongasse". As soon as you get off there, you will be able to see our hotel sign.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged. If modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
