The Belvedere Appartements are located in charming old buildings from the mid-19th century in Vienna’s 3rd district. Belvedere Palace is only a few minutes’ walk away.

Vienna’s city centre can be reached with the nearby public transport network in a few minutes. Schönbrunn Palace can be reached from the Belvedere Appartements in a 20-minute underground ride.

If you arrive after 18:00, please inform Belvedere Appartements as soon as possible. You will receive information about late check-ins about 1 week before arrival.

Check in takes place at Fasangasse 18, where the reception is located.

Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 10 per 24 hours.
