Set against the majestic backdrop of the Hintertux Glacier, the tastefully furnished, family-run Hotel Jäger offers a quiet and sunny location in the centre of Tux in the Ziller Valley.

Hotel Jäger serves excellent local and international cuisine, as well as select wines, in its restaurant. A rich breakfast buffet is served in the morning. Various themed buffets are offered regularly.

The spa area consists of 6 different saunas, a herbal steam bath, a brine bath, a room with water beds, an ice fountain, a gym and a solarium.

For children a varied programme of activities, including canyoning, climbing, cave adventures, glacier days with fun in the snow, an Indian wigwam camp, campfires, tennis classes and much more, is offered.

Hotel Jäger offers a weekly guided hike with the owner in summer and a ski guide on one day a week in winter, as well as reduced prices for the ski rental. Ski passes are available at the hotel.

Take a train to Jenbach and continue by bus or the Zillertal Railway to Mayrhofen. There you can take another bus to Tux.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children from 4 to 7 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All children from 8 to 11 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
