Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 5 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 10 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All children from 11 to 15 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 45 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 15 per 24 hours.
Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 6 per hour.

Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
