Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night per person when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night per person for cots.
All children from 3 to 5 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 16 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
