Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 8 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the business centre and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.
Half board is not included and costs EUR 27.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

All 11 apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. Linen, towels, dish clothes etc. are available. Should you use the wellness area and the pool, we recommend to bring your own towels. There are hairdryers in all apartments, as well as cable TV in various languages. Internet access, washing-machine and dryer are available at the Hotel Charlotte (a 10-minute walk away).

All apartments are cosily furnished in a traditional Austrian style and feature a balcony or a terrace.

Towels are changed every 3 to 4 days, linen every 7 days. There is no daily cleaning. The cost of the final cleaning is not included in the quoted price.
