The Landhaus Charlotte in Seefeld is an apartment home with 11 individually furnished apartments in a quiet and sunny natural location with a wonderful view of the Tyrolean mountains.

The ski lift is only a 3-minute walk away, the village centre a 10-minute walk. There is plenty of parking available, and a shuttle bus takes you to the village centre all day. The apartments are suitable for 1 to 6 persons, feature a balcony or a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with hairdryer. On request the wellness area and the pool at Hotel Charlotte can be used (during the season). Breakfast buffet and half-board are bookable. The house, family-owned and family-run for 3 generations, is equally ideal for guests seeking relaxation and sporting activities, for families as well as for couples.

Landhaus Charlotte offers 11 well-equipped apartments for 1 to 7 persons. It enjoys the best location in Seefeld, sunny and tranquil, surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The Landhaus is only a 10-minute walk from the village centre, but there is also a free shuttle service during the season. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The Geigenbühel ski-lift is only a 3-minute walk away, and the main ski area can be reached by shuttle within 5 minutes. There are some restaurants nearby. English, French, Italian and German are spoken.

All 11 apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. Linen, towels, dish clothes etc. are available. Should you use the wellness area and the pool, we recommend to bring your own towels. There are hairdryers in all apartments, as well as cable TV in various languages. Internet access, washing-machine and dryer are available at the Hotel Charlotte (a 10-minute walk away).

All apartments are cosily furnished in a traditional Austrian style and feature a balcony or a terrace.

Towels are changed every 3 to 4 days, linen every 7 days. There is no daily cleaning. The cost of the final cleaning is not included in the quoted price.

The Landhaus offers only self-catering accomodation without meals, but it is possible to book breakfast buffet and/or halfboard at the Hotel Charlotte (on request). There are many restaurants in Seefeld, also near the Landhaus.

The sunny climatic spa of Seefeld is located at 1,200 metres above sea level, about 22 kilometres west of Innsbruck. The Seefeld high plateau lies high above the Inn Valley and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Seefeld is also known worldwide for its winter sports facilities. The cross-country and ski-jumping competitions of the Olympic Winter Games in 1964 and 1976 took place here, as well as the 1985 Nordic World Championships.

Take the exit Seefeld Nord (B177), cross the railroad crossing and turn into the first street on the right. Follow Geigenbühel-Straße to the top. The Landhaus is located on the right-hand side in a beautiful natural park.

Innsbruck Airport is about a 25-minute drive away, Munich Airport about 2 hours.

Arrivals are possible between 15:00 and 19:00. Should you arrive outside these times, you are asked to contact the Landhaus by telephone prior to your arrival.
