The pretentious gastronomy concept of the hotel Schaffenrath already starts in the morning: An extensive breakfast buffet with an energy corner guarantees a lively start into the day. In the Snack-bar and in the Cafe we spoil you with a light bistro cuisine and healthy snacks.
In summer, we serve coffee, cakes, and snacks even on our terrace. Our chef-de-cuisine creates light Mediterranean cuisine and traditional Austrian Ã-la-carte specialities for lunch and dinner.
Well proved menu recommendations suit our seminar visitors, as well as individual meals to choose from: from simple finger food and buffets to Glyx meals up to noble gala diners or banquets.
In our cozy beer Pub, you can enjoy another beer or Austrian wine up to late, until 23 o'clock also small snacks are served.

Journey by car or bus via motorway:
A 10 Tauern-motorway exit Salzburg Süd, driving direction Salzburg centre, always following the road, pass the park & ride Salzburg south, beneath a bridge, then you see the hotel Schaffenrath on your right hand side.
Journey by public transport: At the Salzburg central station you choose the bus line 3 “Alpensiedlung Süd”. Get off at the bus stop Ginzkeyplatz, to the left you see the hotel Schaffenrath.
The bus lines 3 and 8 take you directly from the hotel into the Old Town, line 3 takes you to the central station. The exhibition bus, number 8, approaches the Salzburg exhibition centre. The buses run during daytime at intervals of less than 10 minutes. One can buy tickets directly from the driver or acquire tickets in ticket agencies. The team of the hotel Schaffenrath gladly helps to find the ideal local traffic solution for your needs and desires.
