Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for cots.
All children under 6 years are charged EUR 25 per night per person when using existing bedding.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 69 per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 15 years are charged EUR 99 per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 16 to 18 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person older than 14 years per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 9.90 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
