The child-friendly Familienhotel Die Seitenalm is located on a scenic sunny plateau at 1,150 metres above sea level high above Radstadt, at the heart of the Ski amadé sports region.

Here you will find professional child and baby care on 7 days a week, a children’s ski zone, and a children’s ski school next to the hotel.

In summer the Seitenalm’s 40,000 m² outdoor area offers many leisure options, from a petting zoo to football, archery, and pony riding.

All rooms, suites and apartments are newly furnished in a traditional country-house style and have a balcony, bathrobes, a towel dryer, and many other amenities.

In summer a rich breakfast buffet, a warm lunch snack, and a 5-course dinner with a choice of dishes and a salad buffet are included in the price (a 3-course meal or a children’s buffet for the children). Non-alcoholic drinks for the whole family are included throughout the day.

In winter a rich breakfast buffet, an afternoon cake and snack buffet, and a 5-course dinner with a choice of dishes and a salad buffet are included in the price.

Every Sunday from 18:00, the host family invites the entire family for a welcome cocktail, both in summer and winter.

The spa area features an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor saunas, a separate spa area for children, and much more. Massages can also be booked.

The Seitenalm has its own water source and offers fresh and healthy mountain water of the highest quality.

In winter a ski bus connects Familienhotel Die Seitenalm with the child-friendly Fageralm ski area, which is 3 km away.

Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 12 per night per person for cots. All children from 4 to 7 years are charged EUR 17 per night per person for extra beds. All children from 8 to 10 years are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds. All children from 11 to 15 years are charged EUR 36 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 95 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate.
