Der Wiesenhof

Surrounded by a 70,000 m² meadow, this friendly spa hotel, which has been run by the same family for 3 generations, is located in the centre of Pertisau, on Tyrol’s Lake Achen.

The Wiesenhof, which was recently completely renovated and enlarged, features the “Karwendeltherme”, a 1,500 m² oasis of health and well-being with indoor pool, saunas and relaxation room.

From the rich breakfast buffet and the lunch buffet to the healthy snack buffet in the afternoon and the 4-course dinner, the Wiesenhof pampers its guests with varied culinary pleasures from the morning until late at night.

The spacious rooms and suites all have balconies and offer views of the lake or the mountains. The Bar Lounge features a reading corner and the internet area with DSL and laptops.

As a child-friendly hotel, the Wiesenhof offers its small guests high chairs, bottle warmers, baby phones and cots free of charge. A children’s playground, a play room and toys are also available.

The core of the original building is over 300 years old. Today the Wiesenhof’s architecture is reminiscent of the hotels around Lake Achen in the late 19th and early 20th century.

A library is located above the lounge. It is accessible for all guests and features books and magazines in German and English.

All rooms feature cosy wooden furniture, natural materials and pleasant colours. There is a balcony with a view of Lake Achen or the Karwendel Mountains in every room.

The newly renovated rooms are tastefully furnished and feature some unusual extras. These include free “Tyrolean stone oil” products for body care, herbal pillows for a healthy sleep, and umbrellas for walks along the lake on rainy days.

The rich breakfast buffet is served from 07:30 to 10:00. A breakfast for late risers is available in the lounge from 10:00 to 12:00 (à la carte).

The hotel restaurant serves a varied range of dishes. Special requests and diets will be gladly accommodated.

Half-board also includes the following:
- Lunch buffet with soups and salads from 12:00 to 14:00
- Afternoon snacks with bread, spreads and cakes from 15:00 to 17:00
- Appetiser buffet and a choice of 4 meals from 18:30 to 20:00
- Small evening snacks after a long evening snack from 21:00 to 22:30 (twice weekly)

Pertisau offers a wide range of sports and leisure options in every season. In summer jogging, Nordic walking, mountain biking, cycling, hiking and golf (18-hole course in Pertisau and 9-hole course in Achenkirch) are offered. In winter you can enjoy a variety of winter sports around the lake.

You will receive a free guest card enabling you to use all public buses in the entire region free of charge. The towns of Maurach, Achenkirch and Steinberg, as well as the most beautiful winter resorts around the lake can be easily reached from the Wiesenhof. Buses go to and from Jenbach’s train station every hour.

Innsbruck Airport is 42 km away (transfer on request).
