The 6 elegant and stylish apartments are comfortably furnished and offer beautiful views of the lake or the golf course in summer, and the cross-country ski runs in winter. On the balconies you can either enjoy the morning or the afternoon sun.

Around Pertisau you can enjoy 500 km of hiking trails in a beautiful mountain setting. The mountain stations of the Rofan and the Karwendel cable cars are starting points for beautiful excursions.
Surrounded by a scenic mountain landscape, the Achensee golf course is right next to the Appartementhaus Montana and offers its guests reduced green fees.
The lake and its surrounding area offer ideal conditions for cycling and mountain biking.
The Achensee itself is ideally suited for sailing, surfing and kite surfing.
The nearby ski areas of Pertisau, Maurach and Achenkirch can all be reached free of charge on the regional bus system. The Ziller Valley is also very close.

Take the train to Jenbach and continue by bus to Pertisau (approx. 10 km). There is also a bus connection from Germany (line no. 9550 from Tegernsee via Kreuth, Achenkirch and Maurach).
The bus from Jenbach to Pertisau and back is free of charge if you show the bus driver the confirmation of your reservation.
